Gift Delivery FAQ
TNEGIFTS is an online gift shop delivering flowers, cakes, chocolates, and personalised gifts across Dubai and the UAE, with same-day delivery for orders placed by 4 PM. These are the questions we get asked most — answered properly.
Can I get same-day gift delivery in Dubai?
Yes. TNEGIFTS delivers gifts the same day across Dubai and the UAE when you order by 4 PM — flowers, cakes, balloons, chocolates, and combo sets, hand-arranged and brought to the door in the delivery window you choose at checkout. Orders placed after the cutoff arrive the next day.
Which areas do you deliver to?
TNEGIFTS delivers across all 7 UAE emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4 PM, and you pick the delivery window that suits the person receiving it.
Can you deliver flowers and cake together in one order?
Yes — that is our favourite kind of order. Choose a ready-made set pairing fresh flowers, a celebration cake, and balloons from the combo collection, or build your own with add-ons. Everything arrives together as one delivery, ready to hand over.
Can I order a birthday cake online for delivery today?
Yes. Order a birthday cake online by 4 PM and it is delivered the same day in Dubai. Every cake is made to order, not pre-made, and arrives in branded gift packaging — add balloons or flowers if the occasion calls for the full surprise.
Do you handle corporate and bulk gifting?
Yes. TNEGIFTS supplies corporate gifts across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the UAE — hampers, chocolate boxes, and celebration sets for clients and teams, with bulk orders welcome. Message us on WhatsApp with the headcount and the occasion, and we will take it from there.
Can I personalise my gift?
Yes. Add a helium balloon printed with their name, a handwritten greeting card, your own printed photos, or a personalised acrylic topper from the add-ons collection — everything arrives together with your gift.
I live abroad — can I send a gift to someone in Dubai?
Yes. Order online from anywhere in the world, pay at checkout, and TNEGIFTS hand-delivers your gift in the UAE — same-day when you order by 4 PM Dubai time. Add your card message at checkout and the gift does the travelling for you.
What if I forgot and need a last-minute gift?
That is exactly the job. Order by 4 PM and a last-minute gift — a fresh bouquet, cake, balloons, or the full combo — is delivered the same day in Dubai. Choosing at speed? Start with the best sellers.
